PELO DIREITO DE SONHAR: FORÇANDO FRONTEIRAS ENTRE A SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO E A PEDAGOGIA DA INDIFERENÇA

The socio-educative measures characterizes themselves as service policies aimed at teenagers whom the law is in conflict with. During the internship measure, a game of pedagogical techniques enters the scene, anchored by the same juridic-correctional devices typic of freedom depriving spaces. In the present article, it was sought to discuss how a pedagogy of indifference was forged in the interior of a minority culture present in the adolescent care, at the time that an attempt was made to build borders around this pedagogical conception and the dream of a socio-education starting from another place. It’s about a theoretical-epistemological study, based on bibliographic references. Important aspects were delimited for the comprehension of the pedagogical techniques adopted in the socio-educative context, bond to the principles of resocialization and pathological conception of teenagers.
