REFLEXÕES SOBRE O TEMA TRANSVERSAL MEIO AMBIENTE NO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL = REFLECTIONS ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT SIDE THEME IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Resumo

Este texto faz uma reflexão sobre o Meio Ambiente, tema transversal  transversal Meio Ambiente, que consta dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs) para o ensino fundamental. A proposta é descrever pontos do documento relativos à questão ambiental, ao modelo de desenvolvimento econômico e social, à Educação Ambiental e às manifestações da sociedade civil e dos governos e, ainda, os critérios didáticos de avaliação e de orientação. É fundamental entender a importância do tema Meio Ambiente dos PCNs para o processo educativo, chamando a atenção para os seus limites, bem como discutir a questão ambiental e a Educação na organização social capitalista.

ABSTRACT

This text makes a reflection about the Environment, side theme, which is there on the Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs) for the elementary school. The proposal is to describe points of the document related to the environment issue, to the model of the economic and social development, to the Environmental Education and to the demonstration of the civil society and of the governments and, also, the educational criteria of evaluation and of guidance. It is fundamental to understand how important the Environment theme of the Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs) is for the educational process, attracting attention to its limits, as well to discuss about the environmental issue and the Education in the social capitalist organization.
