MEIO AMBIENTE E CIDADANIA: O QUE ESTAMOS FAZENDO COM O NOSSO PLANETA? = ENVIRONMENT AND CITIZENSHIP: WHAT ARE WE DOING TO OUR PLANET?
Resumo
O fenômeno aquecimento global refere-se ao aumento da temperatura média dos oceanos e do ar próximo à superfície terrestre, e tem-se evidenciado nas décadas mais recentes e recorrentemente é contemplado pelos espaços midiáticos. A controvérsia existente sobre suas causas têm justificado a cadência com que esta temática vem auferindo naqueles espaços. A cisão da comunidade cientifica quanto à imputação do aquecimento global consiste em duas propostas: os que o atribuem às causas naturais e os que vislumbram com veemência às causas antropogênicas, embora recentemente esta última abordagem tenha ganhado notoriedade, em vista de constatações científicas de meteorologistas e climatólogos. O IPCC (Painel Intergovernamental para as Mudanças Climáticas, estabelecido pelas Nações Unidas e pela Organização Meteorológica Mundial, em 1988) no seu relatório mais recente, diz que grande parte do aquecimento observado durante os últimos 50 anos se deve muito provavelmente a um da emissão de gases de efeito estufa. Este acréscimo ocorre com vistas a manter o atual estágio de desenvolvimento técnico-científico da sociedade contemporânea, ávida pelo consumismo e inebriada pela melhoria de suas condições materiais de existência. Destarte, o meio natural tem-se ressentido de tal demanda e corriqueiramente vem demonstrando as suas contrariedades frente às intervenções antrópicas. Sendo assim, justifica-se a importância da inclusão desta temática no âmago da grade curricular disciplinar da 1a série do Ensino Médio, em consonância, respectivamente, às sugestões e diretrizes, dos PCNs (Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais) e à Nova Proposta Curricular da Secretaria de Educação do Estado de São Paulo, visando à formação de alunos conscientes de suas atuações na sociedade. Ademais, subjaz a essa proposta, não menos importantes, a tarefa de habilitá-los à realidade dos vestibulares e, por fim, atender aos compromissos assumidos pelo Brasil nas convenções internacionais sobre o meio-ambiente no tocante à conscientização e à educação ambiental, além da edificação de agendas 21 locais.

ABSTRACT:
The global warming phenomenon is related to increase of ocean’s average temperature and the air near to the earth’s surface, and it is evidenced in the recent decades and recurrently is contemplated to the midiatic space. The controversial existing about its causes justify the cadence of this thematic earn in that space. The divergence in scientific community as for he imputation of global warming is related to two proposes: people who assign the naturals causes and people who glimpse with vehemence the anthropogenic causes, though recently this last approach won notoriety, in view to scientific findings of meteorologists and climatologists. The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel Climatological Changes, established to The United Nations and to the Mundial Weather Organization, in 1988) in this more recently report, said that a big part of warming observed during the last 50 years probably was related to emission of gases to the greenhouse effect. This higher occurs to keep the current status of technical-scientific development to the contemporary society, avid to the consumerism and desired to improvement to their material existence conditions. However, the environment is showcasing setbacks to the human interventions. Thus, we can justify the importance to include this thematic in the curriculum to the 1st series in high school, in a manner consistent, respectively, the suggestions of PCNs (Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais – National Curriculum) is the new curriculum propose by the Education Department from Sao Paulo, aiming the conscious students training in their performances on society.
