INCLUSÃO: O PARADIGMA DO SÉCULO XXI = INCLUSION: THE PARADIGM OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY

Resumo

O presente artigo busca reflexões sobre a inclusão escolar. Após um grande número de Legislação dando e reforçando os direitos iguais a todas as crianças em idade escolar, a escola se depara com a falta de preparo de seus professores, funcionários e estrutura, mostrando sua fragilidade em incluir esses diferentes. A educação inclusiva faz parte de um movimento muito maior: a inclusão social de todas as pessoas que, ao longo da História, foram discriminadas, segregadas e afastadas da convivência com outras pessoas consideradas “normais”.

ABSTRACT:

This article offers some reflections on inclusive education. After a lot of legislation and strengthening giving equal rights to all children of school age, the school is faced with a lack of preparation of their teachers, staff and structure, showing its fragility to include these different. Inclusive education is part of a much larger movement: the social inclusion of all people, throughout history, have been discriminated against, segregated and apart from living with other people considered "normal."
