CONSTRUINDO A IDENTIDADE: DO SINGULAR AO GENÉRICO = BUILDING THE IDENTITY: FROM THE SINGULAR TO THE GENERIC

Resumo

 A situação da escola pública na atualidade reflete  o contexto social, político e econômico e cultural vigente. Desse modo, esta sofre diretamente os impactos dos problemas presentes na sociedade, pois recebe uma diversidade de alunos, de personalidades e contextos muito diferentes uns dos outros. O convívio com o outro, que poderia ser um fator fundamental na construção do respeito à diversidade humana e cultural, dentro da forma de organização escolar, se torna motivo para fenômenos como preconceito e violência, que resultam num ambiente prejudicial para a construção e socialização do saber. Tendo- se em vista que a escola deve favorecer o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, mas também as relações intra e interpessoais de seus alunos, o Projeto "Construindo a Identidade: do singular ao genérico", vinculado aos Núcleos de Ensino da Unesp, através de ações sócio- pedagógicas com os alunos do terceiro ano do Ensino Fundamental, objetiva a aproximação da construção da identidade, por meio de vivências que contribuam no desenvolvimento da autonomia, do reconhecimento da singularidade e das diferenças de cada um, incentivando práticas educativas que tenham impacto positivo na construção da identidade dos alunos, de modo a promover um ambiente escolar permeado pela cultura da paz.

ABSTRACT

The situation of the Public School, nowadays, reflects the current social, political, economic and cultural contexts. Thereby, it directly suffers the impacts of the present problems in the society. The public school receives a great diversity of students, with different personalities and contexts. The social gathering with other students – that could be fundamental to develop the respect for human and cultural diversity – because of the educational organization structure, becomes a problem, producing prejudice and violence. It results in a bad environment for the socialization and building of knowledge. Considering that the school must promote teaching and learning processes, but also intra and interpersonal students relations, the Project Building the Identity, from the singular to the generic, bounded to São Paulo State University Core Teaching, through social-pedagogic actions with students of third grade of the Elementary School. It has the aim of approximate the identity building, through experiences that contribute for the development of the autonomy, the recognition of the people’s singularity and differences, encouraging educational practices that have a positive impact on the student’s identity building in a way that provides a educational environment surrounded by the peace culture.
