ABSTRACT

Based on reflections on the educational model we have today fragmented into disciplines, this paper addresses the training of teachers about the prospect of Edgar Morin, considering the third namely: teaching the human condition, present in the book "The Seven Complex Lessons in Education for the future". Points bureaucratic issues of teacher training from the National Curriculum Guidelines for the undergraduate course in pedagogy and the World Declaration on Higher Education for the Twenty-first Century: Vision and action, highlighting points that are present in the work of Morin. Seeks to demonstrate aspects of the human condition that should be present in teacher education, such as the teaching of the arts, film, music among other things seeking contemplate the human condition so that these professionals have a different formation than traditional reductionist with which the society is accustomed. Underscores the importance of a multidimensional teaching and points out that the fragmented knowledge impairs the formation of the individual, because that just managed to understand the parts and not the whole. With this demonstrates the importance of starting the defragmentation of education in teacher education, as these professionals are responsible for all other levels of education. One wonders how these professionals undergo a fragmented education in which it becomes increasingly difficult to understand who the humans are behaving and teach their students. It is believed then that a significant change starting differentiated instruction for these trainers, occur throughout the educational process where these professionals work.
